Welcome to Cumnor House School
From the start of the Summer term in 2027, Cumnor House Boys and Cumnor House Girls School will come together into a single, cohesive school at our Pampisford Road campus.
Bringing together the strengths, expertise and traditions of our Boys’ and Girls’ schools creates an exciting new chapter for Cumnor – with more opportunities for every child to learn, discover, achieve and thrive.
While the school evolves, what matters most remains at the heart of Cumnor: small classes, exceptional teaching, high academic expectations, outstanding pastoral care and a community where every child is known as an individual.

Preparing children for their next chapter
Choosing a prep school is about more than the years your child spends with us. It is about giving them the knowledge, skills, confidence and character to thrive at their next school and beyond.
At Cumnor, our teachers understand the preparation needed for senior-school transition and have strong relationships with senior schools.
Our focus is on helping every child achieve their potential and find the senior school that is right for them.
