Purley Nursery Blog – 14.06.2019
Welcome back to our final half term…on our arrival the sunshine did come out and join us, but sadly it has disappeared again.
The children have gone straight back into learning mode and our books this half term are as follows; Chestnuts ‘What the ladybird heard’ by Julia Donaldson and for Pines ‘Thee Rainbow Fish’ by Marcus Pfister. Our Topic is holidays and days out. If you have already booked a trip or holiday
please let your key person know, so we can share it with the class.
We had a wonderful surprise as we walked into our classrooms last week. We have received new computers with interactive white boards and both the staff and children have really enjoyed working with them. The boards will give the children lots of opportunities to learn and investigate
topics through technology.
Dates for the Diary:

Pines: Wednesday 26th June 2.00 – 3.00pm

The children and staff would like to invite parents to join us for some end of year refreshments on the last day of term. Please do let Mrs Farrugia know if you will be attending.
