Treetops Nursery

Children, both boys and girls, can join 'Treetops' nursery from the age of 2+. Set in the School's ten acre playing field, there is a wonderful opportunity for the children to play, thrive and explore in this safe and unique open environment. Our aim is to provide each child with an outstanding introduction to their education in an exciting, creative and stimulating atmosphere under the supervision of our qualified, caring and highly experienced teachers. The children are given the opportunity to develop in a warm and loving environment where they will learn valuable social skills which will help them gain independence and a love of learning through play and the joy of exploring in a safe and well equipped setting.

The nursery is open from 8.00 am until 3.00 pm every day in term time and parents may choose any number of days from two to five. Throughout the day the dedicated staff are committed to the welfare and development of each individual child. The children are encouraged to have lots of fun outdoors on bikes and trikes as well as ball games. Indoors they learn and explore with sand and water, triptic mirrors, computing, dressing up and painting. Reading, story time and mathematical development also all have important roles.

‘Wrap around Care' is also available with a Teatime Club which starts at 3.00 pm and finishes at 5.30 pm. The children are given sandwiches and a drink and are then offered a range of interesting activities. There is also a rest area for those children who need it.
